Waterloo Masjid Media Productions Releases Videos!
After a series of glitches and technical difficulties, alhamdulillah the Waterloo Masjid's very own Media Productions team have finally released two videos for the Muslim community!
The first video is the recording of the ground-breaking event Ramadan Night Live! which was held in Waterloo Masjid. We would like to thank our scholars Imam Abdul-Mannan Syed and Sheikh Abdul-Qadir Kishki for taking the time out of their busy schedules to inspire us with their knowledge of Ramadan.
The second video is the first-ever recording of Eid ul-Fitr in Kitchener-Waterloo! As we were taking the video during Eid ul-Fitr, a lot of Muslims approached us and asked whether they could get a copy of the video to share with their families and friends. Others wanted to forward the video to their non-Muslim neighbors and co-workers for da'wah purposes. Well, here it is! We hope our community will enjoy and benefit from these videos.

The Waterloo Masjid Media Productions team is anxiously waiting for your comments and suggestions. Please e-mail them to media@waterloomasjid.com JazakAllah khair.

Purchase a Burial Plot
Our current Muslim cemetery in Waterloo has only a few plots left in the burial ground. After much research the Waterloo Masjid contacted Williamsberg Cemetery to reserve some space for a Muslim-only burial ground. The Cemetery administration is willing to dedicate a significant portion of the burial ground for Muslims only however, in order to book the whole burial ground they require that the Masjid purchase at least 30 burial plots to show our commitment.
The Waterloo Masjid is requesting our local Muslim community members to please contact the Masjid Executives to purchase a burial plot so we can reach our target set out by the Cemetery administration. Each plot costs approximately $2,000 and after you have purchased the plot you will receive an official letter from both Willamsberg Cemetery and Waterloo Masjid dedicating a burial plot for yourself.
Please contact a Masjid Executive for more info, or email us at info@waterloomasjid.com
